If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from using our services.[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text css=&#8221;&#8221;]<\/p>\n<h4>Use of the Platform<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>The platform is designed to connect software solution providers (\u201cVendors\u201d) with customers seeking software services.<\/li>\n<li>Users must be 18 years or older to register and use the platform.<\/li>\n<li>By using our platform, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and maintain the security of your account.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text css=&#8221;&#8221;]<\/p>\n<h4>Vendor Obligations<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Vendors must ensure that all products and services listed are genuine and accurately described.<\/li>\n<li>Vendors are solely responsible for the delivery of their products or services to customers and any related customer service.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text css=&#8221;&#8221;]<\/p>\n<h4>Commission and Payment Policy<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Vendors agree to a commission-based system, where 10% of the total value from each inquiry successfully converted into a sale must be paid to softwarecompany.ae.<\/li>\n<li>For subscription-based services, 10% of each subscription payment received by the Vendor must be paid to softwarecompany.ae.<\/li>\n<li>Payments must be made within 2 days of the successful sale or receipt of a subscription payment.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text css=&#8221;&#8221;]<\/p>\n<h4>No Registration Fees<\/h4>\n<p>There are no registration or subscription fees for Vendors to join our platform. All product listings and onboarding processes are free.[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text css=&#8221;&#8221;]<\/p>\n<h4>Intellectual Property<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>All content on the platform, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of softwarecompany.ae or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.<\/li>\n<li>Vendors retain ownership of their listed products but grant softwarecompany.ae, a license to display, market, and distribute the product descriptions and images provided.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text css=&#8221;&#8221;]<\/p>\n<h4>Confidentiality and Data Protection<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Softwarecompany.ae is committed to protecting user data and ensuring compliance with applicable data protection laws.<\/li>\n<li>Vendors agree to maintain the confidentiality of all leads and customer data shared with them via the platform.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text css=&#8221;&#8221;]<\/p>\n<h4>Limitation of Liability<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li><u>Softwarecompany.ae<\/u> is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the platform.<\/li>\n<li>We do not guarantee that the platform will operate without errors or interruptions and are not responsible for any data loss or unauthorized access.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text css=&#8221;&#8221;]<\/p>\n<h4>User Conduct<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Users and Vendors must not use the platform for any unlawful or fraudulent purposes.<\/li>\n<li>Harassment, abusive language, and inappropriate conduct are strictly prohibited.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text css=&#8221;&#8221;]<\/p>\n<h4>Termination<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>We reserve the right to suspend or terminate user accounts or Vendor agreements at any time for breach of these Terms and Conditions or any other reason deemed necessary.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text css=&#8221;&#8221;]<\/p>\n<h4>Governing Law<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
